Each clinic is an isolated PostgreSQL schema under a shared application instance. Sub-domains are per-tenant. Staff accounts are scoped to their clinic and cannot access another tenant's data.
The Expo / React Native companion lets doctors view their day's appointments, update prescriptions, and check patient history on the go. Patient-facing booking via mobile browser is available without a separate app download.
