LedgerX

Mobile-first accounting for Indian small businesses

A double-entry accounting and inventory engine specified from first principles, then implemented as a mobile-first app. The specification is the authority — the implementation must conform to it, which is what keeps the books provably correct.

Bespoke engagement — forked and tailored to your requirements under a fixed-scope statement of work. You own the source on delivery.

Every deployment we hand over keeps its credentials in encrypted environment variables — never in source code.

What makes this different from a normal accounting app?

Most accounting apps encode the rules in screens. LedgerX encodes them in a written specification — the Accounting Law — and the implementation is checked against it. That means the correctness argument is reviewable, not buried in UI code.

Can it run offline?

The app is built with Capacitor and a Supabase backend. Offline behaviour is part of the specification work — talk to us about your exact sync requirements.

Is the engine reusable?

Yes — the same engine powers the accounting core inside OperiX. It is designed to be embedded in a larger product.
