Why User ID and PIN instead of email?

Field staff turnover is high and email logins cause support calls. Internally the app still uses a proper auth account — the agent only ever sees an ID and a PIN.

Does it track agents when the app is closed?

It uses background geolocation for visit tracking. What is captured and for how long is configured per deployment — we set this with you.

Can it work on low-end Android phones?

Yes. It is a Capacitor app built on a light React bundle rather than a heavy native stack.
